These are my comment on your plan. I think you have done a fine job of addressing what you intend to do related to the club. I also like your decision to focus on the broader province-wide work that is taking place. That being said in parts of your plan you refer to "the club" and it does not sound like you are referring to all clubs. Maybe making a slight wording change will make the process clearer in your final evaluation plan. Also ensure that you address the management of the evaluation and address how you will maintaing the necessary evaluation standards throughout. I think you have the bias of a solid evaluation plan and I like the tone of what you present in this assignment.
John The logic model is very well done. By adding supporting text I am able to understand the various components of the program. The outcomes build on one another in a logical fashion but become more complex and broader as one moves through from short to long term.
